Setup wasn't too difficult; however, you may have to have some familiarity with computers and using HP printers. The HP Smart app that you use is pretty intuitive. Printer works well so far. I am able to print from my computer using wireless as well as from my cell phone. I can print directly from my phone or send an email to the printer which has it's own server. I think I'm going to like it. It's not as bulky as my previous printer. I did subscribe to the HP Ink program which I think will be very convenient as the printer lets HP know when I need ink. The free program is only for a certain amount of pages a month. I need more than that so I upgraded my subscription; however, I do get credit for a very sufficient amount of ink. The price for the upgrade seems reasonable based on how much ink I have traditionally used on my old HP Officejet 8600. I haven't figured out how to send scanned documents using the email address I traditionally use yet. I can only use a gmail address to send the documents so far, but I think there is probably a work-around. Hope so.

The service was really great with a price match.
Installation was very easy but not because of the install sheet provided. A good installation instruction would have made things a lot easier with no guessing. The job got done without to many problems. Machine works great both flat bed and auto feed. Had a little trouble opening the cover to get to the flat bed. Normal is opening from the bottom end of the scanner. Took several tries before I learned that it opened from the left side. After that everything worked perfectly.
