Post Warranty Plans within 90 days before to 30 days after your base warranty expires.

I purchased the i year extended warranty in December 2022, yet my computer is still showing the warranty expired. When I check my warranty status with HP it states expired. What did I purchase if not an extended warranty as advertised.

Warranty doesn't show after purchase
Purchased care pack and my computer still shows that I am out of warranty. I'm not sure how get an update to show I am under warranty, and a product like this should not require further troubleshooting. Ultimately I am not even sure if I have coverage after buying this product.

Good to be able to renew HP Care Pack. Protection of the machine that contains all of our capacity to to bank, eat, purchase necessities, and have fun is very important. Maintenance of that machine is necessary and invaluable.
