The Post-Warranty Plan extends coverage for one year past the base warranty. Coverage starts day of Care Pack purchase or day after base warranty ends if purchased during base warranty. if I purchase the warranty.. will it be 1 year good on the date I purchase or 1 year on original expiration. This is very misleading. please clarify for all.

Hi, Is it possible to use a HP care pack from the HP US portal if we buy and configure a laptop from europe, and then send it to our subsidiary in the United States? will the (european) laptop be covered by the warranty purchased in the usa? thx

when did my warranty expire? What is my serial number?

Thank you for your question! This information should be available in the HP Support Assistant App installed on your PC. If this App is not available, the serial number can be found on the bottom of the laptop as well. Take that serial number to https://support.hp.com/us-en and your warranty status can be determined there.
