Good Idea
I recently experienced damage to a HP laptop purchased a year ago right after warranty ran out (HP has been fair with me) and just bought a new laptop for my family. This Care Pack gives me three years worry free should anything happen. Well worth it. Do yourself a favour and get the Care Pack.

Poor customer service
A week after my purchase they cancel my order and say too bad. I spent hours going through computers to figure out the one I wanted while they were on sale. No offer of extending the sale price to me on what was for sale at the same time. I’m don’t with HP. Terrible customer service

Good so far
I have now used this laptop for 4 or 5 days, and I am really starting to like it. It seems to be fast, and I love how well it runs Microsoft OneNote. My main complaint is its fingerprint scanner. It takes several tries to access the device, and some times it does not work at all. It is much worse in this regard than my Lenovo Yoga 710. Regardless, a solid device.

Hello! I am currently under warranty, however, it expires 07/07/2023. I want to extend my coverage, but I am confused. does the coverge begin the day I purchase the protection?

If I were to buy this plan, would my new pc be able to be repaired if, for instance, I were to accidentally scratch the screen? If it's still technically functioning, would that disqualify it from being repaired?
