      Rated 3 out of 5 by Fred Merkel from Printer or MFP ? The HP MFP M880Z is a nice piece of printing hardware. It was delivered to me to in great condition and included some great packaging to remove the unit from the pallet with little effort. So far, we have been very pleased with the print quality. However, the scan -to-email feature will not work and is highly used feature in our environment. After nearly two months of working to resolve the issue, I have finally reached Level 3 support to try to resolve this issue but so far, no solution. If it was not for the fact that I have 6 other HP MFP of varying models that will perform this function, I would just say it doesn’t work but I know better. The disappointment is that service desk isn’t much into resolving this issue and I’m at the point that I would just like to return the unit and go buy a competitor’s unit. The lack of effort to resolve the problem is astonishing. I have rated the MFP M880 at a 3 because it does print well, honestly it prints. The Multi-Function-Printer just doesn’t multifunction very well and the real problem is the support. I have asked to have a technician come on site to repair the issue and was told they could do anything. I was told this by level 2 support who is in a country outside the United States and can’t fix the problem. All I wanted was a working unit at this point I would just like to return it and get my money back. There is no way to get back the time I have put into device. Disappointed…
