Hello. I cannot watch DVDs on my HP USB External DVDRW Drive (Model GP70N) / HP Envy x360 convertible laptop (Model 13-ay1032au) / Windows Media Player (default software/((windows 11))). It only shows Audio TS and Video TS folders which do not play. Help!

To play DVDs using an HP external drive on Windows 11, you'll need DVD player software and to ensure your computer has a DVD drive. Here's a possible process:

I lost the original usb cable, what one is used to replace. Please send a link. Do not say USB A or that the cable is included. I lost mine and need a new one. The end that connects to the Drive is USB mini B, mini A, or something like that.
The external CD/DVD optical disc drive uses a USB A and/or USB C to USB B micro. We do not currently have any hand.
