I travel a great deal and having this little machine which has its own protective case is a real joy. Can the HP Mobile 250 Printer print documents via Bluetooth without being on a network?

This printer uses Wi-Fi Direct to print from devices without needing a network to print. The Bluetooth is BLE and would only allow for setup.

Ink was leaking out on the left side. IDK why? I looked and replaced the cartridges, but still wiping up ink. a few days ago, it warned battery low. I plugged it in, but it will not recharge now. I can not move the cartridges out now either.
