No sound and was told by HP online chat assistant that I had to purchase a specific HP soundbar and that it was easy to install. Could not attach it to monitor and HP chat assistant said to attach to desktop unit. Needless to say week 3, still no sound, horrible HP online and verbal assistance. Wish I had stuck with Dell.
