This was a replacement for one I used daily since 2018
IThis was a repurchase of one I used daily since 2018. . The new model is built a little cheaper in materials used but has the same great functionality for me.

Great hub for limited spaces
It works great. My only gripe is it doesn't have a button to turn my computer on, so I have to open my laptop lid and press it's on/off button. If it had a power button it would be perfect, and better then the big bulky docks.

Voltage too low from
Underpowered Input Voltage
The output voltage is underpowered. My goal was to have one hub that managed all the laptop inputs. With this undersized power input from the hub to the laptop, I'll have to buy a stronger unit for that input.

This item did not come with a power cord and did not state that. We had to purchase after receipt. Then it did not work with the laptop we purchased at the same time.

Power cord and adapter not included?
I haven't been able to use it yet, because it didn't come with a power cord and adapter, which must be purchased separately. I must have missed this information in the item description.

Will this work with a HP 15.6 laptop PC 15-d4000 (4c802AV) to connect 2 additional display monitors
4c802AV is not appearing in the HP US Product Database. Please verify the product number is correct and re-submit the question. The product number will be located on the bottom of the laptop. Also, the laptop in question needs a minimum USB-C port with DisplayPort and PowerDelivery compatibility. If the laptop does not meet this requirement it will not be compatible.

While the USB-C Dock G5 will work, the best option would be the Thunderbolt G4 or G5 if you would also like to keep the laptop charged while using the dock and support the highest quality displays the unit can support.
