Easy Cost-Effective Renewal of McAfee Livesafe
HP provided an opportunity to renew my McAfee Livesafe for 3 years basically at the normal cost for one year. I was hesitant at first, but decided to give it a try. The purchase through HP and transfer to McAfee’s website worked flawlessly! I’m delighted with this purchase.

WORST service I’ve ever received
I bought McAfee Live for 3 years in February and never received the link to download. I’ve written customer service several times and have yet to be contacted to get this issue resolved. Absolutely terrible customer service, not only do they not get back with you by email but there is no phone number to call.

I didn’t realize I could lose features if I extended an old subscription instead of creating a new subscription. Apparently the new Livesafe service has a VPN but the old service does not.

Suggested renewal from my HP laptop
It does the job.
Pro: Easy to choose because my HP laptop suggested i renew and gave me a discount.
Con: It has a lost device feature that is supposed to audibly alarm if activated. I tested it, an It rarely works.

Renewed livesafe subscription
I had a few months left on my livesafe subscription and had no issues downloading. My livesafe is good for another three years. Not sure if you have to do this, but I first turned off auto renewal and then downloaded the software. After everything installed properly, I then turned auto renewal back on. Even though I had a few months left on my current subscription, the system seemed to automatically give me those two months. You can search google and find the same three year livesafe product for much less ,but I felt more comfortable buying it through HP.

Easy
I was running out of my trial. I hit the upgrade button through McAfee and they were only offering 1year plans. They were on sell but I wanted something I don't have to worry about for a while. Went through HP and saw they had a 3 year deal and it was actually cheaper than the 1 year on sale from McAfee. No brainer. Once the payment was processed in less than an hour I set it up very easily with McAfee and was on my way. Now I don't have to worry about protection for 3 whole years

Computer Accessory Purchase
I bought three computer accessory items including a USB-C to VGA Adapter, External DVDRW Drive, and Microsoft Office software package for my new HP computer. The sales person on-line was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He was excellent to work with me and explained clearly what items I needed that would work with my computer. I received a copy of the invoice via email that same day. The next day I received an email with the Microsoft download directions. The following day the DVD driver arrived via home delivery. Wonderful service. Could not be happier. Thank you so much.
