Not the Laptop I really wanted
I was disappointed that the gentleman that was helping me pick out a new computer never told me that I was not going to get a backlite by getting the one he picked out for me. Yes I was going for a less expensive model, but he could have told me what I would NOT get if he sold me the basic. My last model had a backlite and no DVD so I don't know what the problem was. I work the 3-11pm shift. Not much work I can do after that hour in the dark.
