HP customer service and support is a myth.
The monitor failed after a few hours of operation. Dealing with HP to resolve the problem was a nightmare of epic proportions.

A really good monitor, especially for the money
I purchased these to replace a pair of HP M27h monitors. The difference between the image quality was night and day. Although these don't have tons higher resolution than the M27h monitors, the improvement was striking, particularly with text.
These are really good monitors, but don't be fooled by what appears to be aluminum on the back of the monitor. It's just plastic molded to look like aluminum.

Is it widescreen

I have an HP ENVY x360 Convert 15-ed1047nr (standard "out of the box") and use an HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W. Will that device combination support two of these monitors (HP 27m 27-Inch Display) at full resolution?
Thank you for your question! As the HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W typically uses DisplayPort for display out and the HP M27m monitors use HDMI for display in, DisplayPort to HDMI cables may need to be purchased. That will be all that is required to make that work.

Hi, I bought 2 of these with my HP Slim Desktop S01-pF1048xt. Using the included HDMI cable, the display resolution only allows up to 2560x1600. Why won't it allow up to 3840x2160?
I have a HP 27mq monitor PROBLEM: the cord (plug) is lose at monitor, the slightest touch and the monitor light goes out - I have to jiggle VERY gently for screen to come back up. What is going on, can i get a new cord, or is it at the monitor (male) side
I have the HP 24" (23.8") Monitor Product No: 1DOJ9AA and have been trying to connect an iPhone to it for my client. The monitor does not recognize the signal. This display is fairly new. Manufactured in January 2021. Can you help us please?
